| Description | SAROAD seeks the services of a volunteer to help stargazers with information about interesting stellar objects to look out for and observe. The task will involve identifying the objects (using available software such as Stellarium, Skyportal, Celestia etc) and giving the participants the coordinates, transit period, location on the celestial sphere (visibility in the southern skies) and potential tools for observing. This info will be posted to the SAROAD mailing list and WhatsApp group. |
